i had lodged a complainant before the commissioner of police that i had been cheated by some one but the police authority had not taken any action than i had lodged a complaint before the illka magistrate under section 156/3 Crpc the ilaka magistrate had directed the station housing officer for investigation the police authority had register the first information report whether it is legal or against ilka magistrate order
