Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have lodged F I R and charge sheet is redyunder section 452,323,365 and 34 IPC but now i want to withdraw the FIR it can possible if it can how to withdraw the FIR.

If offences are compoundable, have the same compounded.

the f.i.r. once lodged cannot be withdrawn and in case the offences are compoundable, the same can be compounded otherwise, the f.i.r. needs to be quashed by high court.
