Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi, I have lodged a FIR against my In laws as they have fabricated my husband's will after his death. Investigating Officer will submit his report in 2-3 days. What will happen next as I am sure this will is false. Even my husband signatures do not match with his bank records & all. Please suggest.

Has the police lodged the FIR or is the complaint still lying with the Police station PLEASE CLARIFY THIS AT THE OUTSET. In case the police has not lodged an FIR, then you have to move the court of the concerned magistrate u/s 200 CrPC alongwith an application u/s 156(3). If the police has lodged an FIR then all the accused persons would be arrested and will have to apply for bail. For further assistance please contact the undersigned.
