Agar trial court 156/3 ke case me 9 maheene or 14 date pr arguement sunne ke baad complainant evidence lead karane ka order kre or order krne ki date pe 5.5 maheene ki Next date of hearing lagaye to yeh abuse of law hai ya nahin?

Police action nai leti to aadmi court jaata hai apni 156/3 leke or vahan pe itni zyada lambi date 156/3 me.

depends on court's load of work and time for police to file report of investigation.
