Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have got loss in my bsiness and one company have due on me and i have requested them to give me some time to repayment your dues but they going to do u/s138 on me .Kindly suggest me wha to do as i want to repayment the dues .

You can only request them not to file any complaint u/s 138 NI act but legally you cannot stop them to initiate any criminal action against you.
