Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was having a love affair with a girl a long time ago she got married with a guy in 2008/09 just after 10 days of her marriage she decided to break up her marrige (divorce). Her parents were agreed to file a divorce case. since 2009 to 2011 i was in har contact but not the same as before. I always try to give her moral support and she always told me that once she wins that case will marry with me and unluckily just for the sake of her emotions i always says yes we will do. in Jan 2012 i decided to breakup this relation as her case is looking like a never ending picture then in jan 2012 i told her that please forgive me and go head with your family. since then she always tried to call me continously untill i called her back. I just disclosed all this to my family and they suggest to decide what you want and finally i got engaged with my would be wife in sep 2012. I really got tired of her heartly emotions then i decided to put off my contact no. and did it in Jan 2013 and in feb 2013 i got married. I can not remember exactly when i met her last time but i think its jan 2012. Now she is threating to me that she will commit suicide if i do not marry with her. Even that divorce case is still there, Myself and all my family are in extreme panic situation please guide.

You should not have agreed to marry her at first place. You may seek help of her parr ends to pacify her. Lethally speaking, she can trouble you. You may lodge a. Complaint against her in the nearest police station if her threats continue and the compromise fails.
