Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i loved one girl for last one n half years nw both family members came to know abt this. girl side family saying that her daughter never talked with me n all messages sent by her is fake. blaming me that i created the messages in software. my mom talked to their parents . her parents told that u prove legally then we ll talk. dont knw wat to do. i dont have father. so trying to hide their mistakes n blaming me. dont knw how to approach legally. need some legal advice. because everyone thinking that i m a culprit. dont knw wat to do. help me..

If your girl friend says that such messages were sent by her to you then nothing further may be necessary.
