Lower court has summoned me under crpc 420. Judge did not verify counsel's written arguments with evidences and exhibits. Can i appeal for discharge under 245(2) on summon date before bail

An application U/s.245(2) Cr.P.C. is not in the nature of an appeal, but it is made before the Court of Magistrate where case was filed/pending.

Grant or refusal of bail is not connected with an application U/s.245(2).
