i m accused and got punishment under 304A of one year i was working in ltd cons. co.as a J E and was on probation period when the incident happened .a small culvert bridge was constructing across the road in one half and traffic was going on other side of the road after completing day work we gone to our quarters by providing safety boards and all in that night one motar cyclist fall in that culvert by crossing 20feet distance and died on spot the police file chargesheet against supervisor and me and judicial court order punishment against us now what to do and how we will free from this case..

only filing of chagesheet does not mean that you are convicted.after chagesheet the police have to prove the case and then the your conviction will occur,afted your that you have to go high court against conviction.
Have matter assessed by your lawyer with the help of evidence on record and act accordingly.
