i m an government employee ,and was charged in 304/a case.suggest me what to do ?

Have the case assessed by your lawyer to find out whether prima facie case is made out against you.
If no prima facie case, you can apply for discharge or quashing.
If there is a prima facie case, you have to face the trial.

its a bailable offence and you need to seek bail from the police station and/or court.
