i m married to an NRI in 2010.then after we went to australia and came back to india after 2 years.then he went to australia leaving me and my new born baby in india..and he is threatening us saying that we cannot do anything to him .can we file a case against him

where did the marriage take place? in India or Australia. you can file a number of criminal and civil cases including the petition for grant of maintenance. Is he citizen or Green card holder or he is there on a non immigrant visa ? Where was your marriage solemnised , incase in india, then you have criminal as well as civil rights against yout husband.
