i m 19 years old and is physically assaulted by a girl i have filed a poilce case on her but no drastic action is taken on her what can i do to get justice and wht sectionc can i put on her for phyisically abusing me and even using a rod to hit

You may make a written complaint to the SHO of your area Police Station with a copy to the SP of your District for registration of a criminal case under Indian Penal Code.
