Magistrate copy of FIR Missing in the court when Charge sheet was submitted. Hence they are not filing charge sheet in the court.. Will there be any no in Court reg to this... How to track MIssing MAgistrate FIR COPy

it is internal process but you can provide a fresh copy from police department.

You may file appropriate application in the court praying for police report. Even if the FIR copy is missing in court record, the court can always summon police records and reconstruct its file.
