mai gaadi ka registered owner hu, agar maine apni gaadi kisi ko chalane ko di, or usne koi acctiedent maar diya to kya fir mere naam pe bhi hogi, muje bhi court jaana pdega ?

FIR would not be registered on your name as you were not driving the vehicle in case the drive is apprehended by you would be made a party in the claim case under MV Act.
