Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am main accuse of fir no 467 u/s 420,120b, the complen was fake, and police arrest me, its been one year past, police was not able to file the charge shit, because complaints were not present as per police demand, and i got grant bail u/s 167/2 after 60 days. after one month police arrest my wife, and she is not getting bail up to session court, police replied court that there is 21 more complans so bail cannot be grant, i want to know is there any possiblites to get bail on 60 days, if the charge shit filled in between, there is any chance to get bail

Section 167 (2) Cr P C mandates bail in case of non-filing of charge sheet within prescribed period.
