Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

IF the main accused granted bail on the same case can third person also be granted bail as regard to partly? Main accused got the bail on Sunday by additional judge in lower court . How can we get his order copy. Please help me���..

For getting a copy, apply to concerned court and pay necessary charges for the copy applied.

Apply the copy.

Secondly, it is not necessary that court should grant you bail.

But it all depends upon expertise of your lawyer who will fight your case.

So better to hire an expert to deal your case, but try to avoid earlier lawyer coz some times, advocates put all story on other person to get bail so if the same advocate will file your case then he may not be able to get bail. (It is just experience what i see in courts usually. Rest it is your wish.)
