The the main contents of the Will is as under:

The fight is in between the Mrs.Kartar Rani (wife) and Harish Chawla, his wife and his sons Jitin Chawla and Hemant Chawla. Now Mrs. Kartar Rani expired in August 2009 and bequeathed her right to her daughter Ms. Subha Chawla who had been staying with her before her husband death:-

" Tht my wife Smt. Kartar Rani shall have the absolute right, title etc. to live peacefully in the aforesaid house 4/15 W.E. A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi, alongwith her son Harish Chawla and his family members. She will have the right to get benefits of income from the shop situated 15A/56 W.E.A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi and the Industrial Shed 71, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi. She would be the absolute owner of household goods, ornaments, bnk accounts, cash whatsoever left afte my death and can use and enjoy the same in the manner she may like.

My grand son Master Jitin Chawla and Master Hemant Chawla sons of Harish Chawla shall be the absolute owners, beneficiaries, legattees to this will in respect of my property bearing 71, Okhla Industrial Estate New Delhi and Shop No. 15-A/56 W.E. A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi alongwith the business, stock etc. contained therein The both grand sons shall be owner in equal shares. Harish Chawla , the father of the beneficiaries shall act Executor in respect of said properties, management of business etc. so long the beneficiaries attain the age of majority. In event of death of Shri Harish Chawla his wife shall be the absolute executor so long the said boys attain the majority. Both aforesaid shall tbe sole absolutely unambigously unequivocally and to all intents and purposes. The can get the said property transferred, mutated, substituted in their own names in the rocord of all concerned authorities on the basis of this Will, use enjoy the sme in the manner they may like after my dealth. In the even of tdeath of any of the aforesaid beneficiary during my life, his share shall devolve upon parents in equal share. The can get the said property transferred, mutuate, substitued in their name and shall enjoy all rights of ownership/ leasehold etch. The can get the said mutution affected in the records of all concerned authority.

Harish Chawla sold both properties in collusion with his sons and bought three houses. He deserted her mother from house, not given her any money. Grandsons also asked her to go to court for her maintenance and share. I put a case in 2006 for recovery of Rs. 20 lacs from her son amd grandsons.

Whether she is entitled for her share and upto what extent. Can she transferred her right to take the benefit of income - properties were sold without her permission - to someone else after death because they wont paid her single rupee. Harish did a breach of trust with her mother and showed cruelty towards her. What cases can be made against Harish Chawla and his family.
