maintenence under sec 125

Both are hindu and got married under HMA.Wife lived an adultriuos life when husband was away for one year.But after husband cameback wife didnot continue adultrious relationship.If wife no longer is in adultrious relationship can her maintenence under sec 125 be rejected on the ground of adultery?

If her earlier adulterious activities are condoned by husband by living with her for some time, again husband canot take defence of earlier audeltery. Petition cannot be rejected.
