How to make e-mail summons?Is it valid? who can make it? which provision includes e-mail summons? how to make e-mail summons for Australian citizen origin of India?

you need to procure orders from the court for serving summons through emails. you also need to substantially prove that the email belongs to the receiver of summons. you may also adopt alternate method of service viz. through indian consulate or embassy.
