Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
how to take the maldivian government to internationa court?
Dear Sir/Madam,
Past few months have been very hard for us and alot of our friends as we have our family memebers taken to prison without any warrant for over 4 months now. This is in Maldives. The order for the arrests came direct from the president, as that what everyone says. All these people were arrested for an online news article which is critical to the Maldivian government. Maldives government is known to torture their prisoners. We waited and prayed for our loved ones. Now we want to act for our rights as well as our loved ones rights. We want to take the Maldives government to the international Criminal court. But we need a lawyer to help us do all this. Please email us if you can help: [email protected]
Thank You
Hope to hear from a lawyer who can help us soon.

What is the nature of assistance you expect? What prevents you from approaching your local courts? Please give me a brief outline (if you know, otherwise, no problem) of judicial structure in your country.
