Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I'm male and had been falsely implicated by one of girl and she had framed charges u/s 509, 420 etc to haress me and my family in order to get marry with her. After a 11 months police torcher my chargesheet has been filed in court. She also sends Advocate letter giving me an optioin to marry her or i shall face more legal charges.
Even after filing legal dispute she tries to contact me and tries to talk with me. I don't what to see her face. Please let me know and legal ground through which i get rid of her. May i file complaint against her towards haressment even after legal dispute already made.
What is the legal status of either party in dispute to avoid conversation ?

you can produce legal notice or any recording showing all this and case will be dismissed and then you can file case of harassment.
Even now you can file any complaint of harassment.
