Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A male person was appointed as daftary in nationalised bank,tamilnadu-under ST cateogry as per the available documents from RTI.The other document from RTI pertaining to admission of son of a male person with Colleage is also admitted to course as SC cateogry.Based upon to my information clearly understand the male person belong to SC cateogry.
1)Where can i put the complaint about the male person.Kindly guide to me.
2)What are the punishments assigned to a male person as per law . Kindly share it.
