Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I'm male 34 yrs old my Neighbour aged 71 male(Parsi) falsely implicated me with IPC504/325/323/34 as somebody hit him over his forehead.I'm on bail.Earlier I've Lodged 4 NC whenever he stopped my BMC water supply,later he asked me to pay Rs.300/month,iagreed and is paying and taking receipts from him,now he has stopped taking money and thus no receipts.Now Can I get the acquital if yes ,how?also I'd like to file a defamation suit against my neighbour.Need your expert opinion.
