Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A man cheated me, I lodged a fir u/s 420/406... he got bail ...and he filed false cross case against me police filed charge sheet against me and N.D.O.H is fixed for arguements for charge frame.
he saying to me that you withdray your case , I withdraw my case,
filing false case is a motive is to withdraw in that case which he is accused.
Can I submit CERTIED copy of FIR case u/s 420/406 at the time of during arguements of charges against me for telling that this is motivated ( withdrawal ) and false and fact case is this case which complainant accused ?

Who has filed the FIR first ? Yes You can file a certified copy of the FIR filed by you against him.
