Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello. If a man is convicted under sections 380, 465,467,468,471, IPC by a Magistrate Court then is he taken into custody immediately or is he given time for appeal ? Thank you

as the offences are non bailable, he may be put to custody and the high court may suspend his sentence.
