my father in jail in section 467,468,471 ipc can he get bail from session court. one of his office assistant bail application is cancel from lower court

unless you reproduce the contents of f.i.r, the gravity of offence cannot be understood. one may also approach the high court for bail in this regard if the bail was cancelled from lower court.

My friend nothing can be said in this regard. But I will advise you to approach before the Court in order to seek bail, and if fail have to approach before the Hon'ble High Court.
