Subject : No Action from you department against Kishor Makkad / Mohit Makkad & Seema Makakd for taking Law in their hands and trying to assault,Kidnap and Extort money wide letter date : 21st October 2010.

Dear Sir,

I am requesting your good self and would like to inform that my previous letter to your office have not been given and Satifacts results which I have writing to you on 21.10.2010

I have been receiving calls till today that Mr.Kishor Makkad who had Assaulted and Kidnap and try to Extortion me for money outside Center One in Vashi,Navi Mumbai who with his son Mohit Makkad and his Wife are Scott free and living in good protection of Political Family of Navi Mumbai they have taken Law in their hand still Police have not taken any action, it is Surprise that people are unsafe and Gundas are protected.

Police has not taken any action on them, Hence I fear that he may try to attack me again since poor response to the effect by your department.

Me & my family feels very unsafe in moving in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

I would inform you in case he or his family try to again harass me and my Family Members.

I would request that Mr.Kishor Makkad & Mr.Mohit Makkad and his Wife Mrs.Seema Makakd should be held responsible.
