Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my marg is performed in mohali but register in chandigarh.my parents address and my inlaws address is yamunnagar.now with out divorce my husband done marg with another girl with telling me our divorce petition is also still pending in court in chandigarh.now i do not want divorce my next date is in august,for proving his marriage mrg card& movie is sufficient or not .any action can be taken against the 2nd wife& her parents why they done marriage without divorce.wt should be done

you can refuse to give divorce and even fiile criminal case.
