Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
After marraige i found that my wife has told me wrong date of birth and prepared wrong date of birth certificate thereby done marriage registration in court . Now i observed that in marksheet and official records there is 5 years difference. Can i file case for cheating, forgery and preparing wrong documents and presenting wrong documents in court. i have also filed a divorce case. She filed 498a & RCR & pwadv act
