You remains the legal wife. the non-registration of your marriage will not affect your status. The second lady may be guilty of bigamy. You may consider lodgning a police case against both of them for cruelty and bigamy.

Registration of marriage has not been made compulsory . so, if ur marrige is not registered , thats not a a problem. you should file a complaint before the police. plz supply your wedding photographs to the police. the second marriage of your husband is void.
