Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

We married in arya samaj mandir on 30 may 2010 since then she is living with her parents as she is the only earning hand working in govt org.we are not lived together since marriage. after marriage of six month she told her mother about the marriage and their parent arried to send her after doing marriage publically. as it already one year of marriage i keep on requesting them to send her now she and her family dont want relation. and they want money for mutual divorce about 10 lakh. my case is in women cell. she already complaint on inspector lady for not registering the case . first she say she dont want case she closed the case then after 10 days she complaint the inspector lady for not registering the case and forcing him to withdrawl. every new date she make new stories. second meeting she say she want divorce i given in writing if she want i will give divorce , in ten minute she refuse and demand 10 lakh rupees for mutual divorce. in third meeting she say she want her money back which she neven given to me , actually she is livng with her mother and her father died on 12.12.2010. she is the only earning member of the family. every month she withdrawl for her mother and she says she has given that money to me, that cash withdrawl . every meetng she say new stories.i dont know why women cell is not saying anything to her.she refused to go to counselling and case now comes to mediation . she want only money for divorce i want to know can women cell arrest me and my family in these false cases. pl gudie me , help me what should i do. in marriage no one from her and my family present. she is harrassing me for settlement. even one lawyer also called me to settleit otherwise i will file 2 and 3 case against ur family
