Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I got married in 2007 I have a daughter also ahe is very small. but my inlaws and my husband had chaeated me till the 1 day of marriage. they torture me and tryied to kill me but my parents help me out now my husband had cheated me and ran away to abroad. so is there is any law to arrest them if I would file FIR against them and is this any criteria under lawto call my husband back from abroad. I am in very tough situation and no support from anywhere. please suggest me

you may go for a complaint under domestic violence act and seek the appropriate orders viz..residence, maintenance, compensation etc....
