Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I married a girl on 2008. I came to know on 2010 that she has already married a man in 2007 in a register office. She and her family had hidden her first marriage to me and my family members. But she and her family are telling now that they had already informed her first marriage to me and my family members. I sent a petition to Commissioner regarding this with necessary proofs. But no action had taken from Police. After my petition, she a gave petition against me and my family members.
She filed a false dowry case and threatening of murder against me and my family members. The police also filed the case. I have closed my conditional bail signature last month only. She had already taken jewels last year on 3/11/2009 and She simply wrote a letter for taking the jewels. But She has now refused to take the jewels. She is now telling that she just signed her signature in a empty paper not the acceptance letter. I have her original acceptance letter for taking the jewels. And she is also asking Maintenance from me and we do not have and kids. How I prove that I am not asking any dowry, threatening to her and How to break the Maintenance case? Kindly clarify. Please give your email id for further help.
