Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I got married under HMA.I work in USA on H1B visa and holding Indian passport.My wife has lodged 498A against me in India and Warrant of arrest has been issued against me. My wife also has filled maintenance under sec 125.Now distance arrest warrant has been issued against me in execution case of 125 crpc. I would like to know as i lives in USA

1) If i will not pay the remaining amount, is it possible to execute the distance arrest warrant?

2) will this distance arrest warrant in execution case go against me in other cases?

even though there are warrants pending against you for arrest, you cannot be arrested as you live in US but you need to get the warrant cancelled by hiring a lawyer here in india. the lawyer would also procure anticipatory bail for you. you can execute a power of attorney duly attested by the notary public in US in favour of your lawyer.

In such circumstance, it may be happen that court may order red corner alert and the USA will depute you to india.

So try to appoint anyone in India who will get Anticipatory bail on behalf of you.
