Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I got married in 2007 but there is always misunderstanding in each other my husband always beaten me and tortured me and I have a baby girl who is only 2 years. and my husband is putting up in abroad. now I did the case against him in women cell, he was not talking to me last 1 year but after putting up the case he start calling me with different numbers and start putting up the allegation on m. he told me I hack ur mail and now I will prove it in the court u r having a affair with some one and tape my voice also when I was talking to him. so I want to ask is these allegation and chats and mails is come to the false records or the true records either is he able to proof me wrong through these records. either what I have to do. Please suggest

in case he is able to hack your email account, you may change the password or delete the account. regarding culpability of chat messages, i would have to go through the messages to suggest you further.
