Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Myself got married in ranchi.after two months my husband filled divorce case against me for dowry.in between i got pregnant.They were tourchering me and send me to my parential house.after giving bith to female child i came back to ranchi.They tourchered me more for giving birth to female child beaten me severely and sent me to by parential house and issued me divorce paper.As for case issue regularly i cant go to ranchi my parents did transfer pediction.once they want to meet my husband for divorce pediction.so they went to ranchi with my brother.when my brother visited him my husband started fightimg with him along with his servant.there after he filled filled severe fir by false medical report.My question is my father is government employ.Is there any imprisonment againt my father and brother.Please reply.we are simple person.We hasd not seen police station
