my marrige in Haridwar on 21oct2007. I have one child Shivansh, he was born on 7th feb2009 in Haridwar. my inlaws tell me ur son is serious then i went their when i reached my inlaws house they called the police and attempt on me to sllaped with them and file the FIR u/s 107/151IPC against me after some time my wife shilpi pathak filed the FIR u/s 498A 3 june 2009 against me and my family.she is also filed petition u/s 125 and divorce.our compromis of the divorce petition and u/s 125 in hon'ble court and my wife and my child come back with me bathinda.after some time we left my parents home and live on rentel house since 21 oct 2009.my father in law having no son and they are forced me to left bathinda and live the life with them.i have no get any report off cacelation of the 498A i want to know about advance bail in 498A in UTTRAKHAND courts

As you are now staying with your in-laws, demand from your wife and in-laws written undertaking that they withdraw all allegations against you. Keep the original with you. Also, ask them to give the statement to the court where the 498A case is registered that as they are happy with you and would like to withdraw the case.
