i want to marry with my gf but now she got enguage with someone by force of family and also she reside at differ state..now she is ready to marry with me but problem is that marrige rules of court...

any rules for love marraige that we marry in one day process and both of family not taking legal step aginst us?

in case you both are of marriageable age and have the proof of date of birth, you may go for marriage in a day or you may even get married in Delhi even if you belong to any other state.

No , my friend it does not happen in one day . You need atleast 1 month to go for court marriage.or else get married in a temple and get your marriage registered ,it would take much less time but it wont happen in 1 day.

Instead of a court marriage, the couple may go for "marriage ceremonies" which may take place at any place, irrespective of the residence of the parties. After marriage, the couple may go for registration of marriage.

The "Court Marriage" will take time as rightly observed in the above opinion.

Depends on your religion. If you both are Hindu and above prescribed age i.e. boy 21 years and girl 18 years, then you may marry as per Hindu Rites in 1 day.
