Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Actually the matter is of my Wife, I was Married on 2008 and i have two daughters, one is 2 year old and 2nd is 5 months.

My wife was not under my control and was fully under control with her parents and brothers. at starting i was not taking seriously and was thinking that after having babies she will try understanding her duties and will start thinking about me and my family but.. i was wrong.. after having babies she started blackmailing me.. but again i was not taking it seriously and i every time supported her financially and as per her wish she used to stay at their parents home and i was not forcing her to come back... as i am having own bossiness and money was not an issue for me....

but after viewing my co-opration level she started balckmailing me i noted many times she used to take money from my wallet without my knowledge

one day she faught with me and she called her parents and brothers and one of the political leader they came to my seprate house and take their daughter in a good condition ... in the presence of my area's leader.( i called them at my home as i had a fear she will do something wrong)

and after going she admitted in hospital by saying that i beaten her and she took my 2nd baby with her.

then she filled a complaint in the thanna and then they have forwarded the complaint to women cell and we went there many times and they used very rough language every time we gone there. and at last my wife said i will not keep your both babies and i need divorce.?

i accepted and we made a settlement before the inspector incharge and all the sarpanch from their side and me and my wife signed on aggrement letter ikrarnama and we fixed a date to pay the amount she demanded and date was 4th may , and we had to pay all the dues on this date but before this date she

forwarded the complaint to dsp by saying that she done this settlement under the preseure of police and she needs double money??

and we are called by dsp and we had to go there on 7th may and we gone

there but from the girl side many gunda type persons are there and they have faught with us and they beaten us so we admitted in civil hospital and 160 case on both parties have booked.

now my question is :

1) can i do any 420 case on my wife and her parents?

2) if our medical is serious then will they all be punished? and 498 case can be stopped?
