Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

Got MCD 10 months back through MOU. But ex-wife not willing to take back the case.

They are not responding to the case.

We mentioned clearly in MOU that they should take back the case filed on us.

I leave in abroad, so cant attend the court even she is not attending the court.

So if i need to get quash, how much time is required to stay in india ???

Its a 498a case.

You need not come to India for quashing as the same can be done through your lawyer in india. You just need to send required documents.
