Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have medical condition wheRe i sometimes urinate and defecate while erforming my obligations as husband on my wife. but she has sued me for defecating in her mouth as she contracted irreversable stomach infection which will lead to her death soon. Is her testimony valid?
