Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

mental harresment

My immidiate niebourer has hangs reverse side of shoes pretendending to keep away bad omens but real intention is to harass me mentally so that i could be provoked. Police says that there is no provision in the law for the purpose unless many people make complaint agaist the man. Please help me to get rid of this nuisance.

If he has hanged that thing in your house, you can approach police or court.

yes, there is no provision in law to prevent a person from hanging a shoe outside his house. your thought process is baseless.
