FOR BELOW MENTIONED CASE I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU TO THAT WHEN THIS CASE WAS HAPPENED I WAS MINOR THAT I WAS JUST 9 YEARS OLD THAT TIME NOW I AM 23 YEARS OLD SO ACCORDING TO THIS POINT OF LAW I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU A FOLLOWING QUESTION PLEASE ASSIST ME IN THIS REGARDS

What is the procedure of filling written petition by petitioner in person in supreme court of india against negligence in operation by doctors of lok nayak goverment hospital in year 1997 as previosly no case has been filled in this regards i want to file a fresh case in supreme court in person without help of lawyer

can i send a wrritten letter to supreme court by registered post for my petition

please assist me in this regards
