Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I mentioned in my complaint that all jewellery are kept in bank locker in my husband name. But my husband gave a statment in the court that locker is in his parents name and all jewelly is his mother are kept in that locker.

this is all a matter of evidence and you and the other side need to lead the evidence and then the court would decide as to who is telling the truth.

you can produce photographs of your marriage in which jewelary is given. You can produce receipts of the said jewellary if bought before marriage. You can state that the claim of jewellary made in the complaint if matches with what is kept in the locker then same belongs to you. You can lead oral evidence of relatives who had seen the said jewellary being given to you.
