misappropriation of ancestral property
my father has sold property of my gand/great grand father and has purchased other properties in his sole name with sale proceeds , he is not giving my due share and makes false complaints to police so that i do not ask for my share in ancestral property. CAN I LODGE FIR AGAINST MY FATHER U/S 406, 420 AND 403 OF INDIAN PENAL CODE . PLS TELL UNDER WHICH SECTIONS AND WHICH LAW FIR CAN BE LODGED .

FIR may not be maintainable; you may file a civil case seeking your share in the property.
