Misconduct of misappropriation is alleged against an officer of an old generation private sector bank in India. Does it originate from IPC-403?
What is the importance of Natural Justice in domestic inquiry proceedings of private sector banks? From which LAW the concept of Natural Justice come?
Is there any legal recourse for an officer of an old generation private sector bank (Eg. Federal Bank Ltd, Karnataka Bank Ltd, J&K Bank Ltd, South Indian Bank Ltd.etc) before awarding the punishment after disciplinary proceedings?

Read charges levelled with provisions of section 403 IPC to understand.
Natural Justice is important even in domestic inquiry of any nature.
Check inquiry rules/regulations by which bank and officer is governed.
