miss use of my SB a/c cheque..
sir, my father got expired on 7th
april 08, he was a business man
and aftr his death a person came
and accused my mother of want of
money lend to my father wer he
was not having any proof, as i
oppsed him and fired, he had som
how managed to get my blank
cheque among one of my brothers
who are against me and he
produced the cheque amting Rs
13lakhs, my bank got surprised on
seeing the cheque and called me i
had to do the stop payment as i
was shocked on seeing it, aftr that
they have served me a cheque
bounce case legally and with
duplicate bills of Rs 6 lakhs each for
the cheque amnt.
To the truth and fact i dont know
the person, and dint do any
business in my life with him, only on
my personal grudge for opposing
him he has done souch a blunder
mistake on me. plz help me wat
should i do further as he is stronger
then me, can he hier my advocate
and trouble me? wat are the
possiblties of my winning the case
as i am innocent..and alone.
and i dont know how he got my
cheque till now and wat the
possiblites are there for him to
cheat me further?

Your statement is incomplete.

(a) AFter cheque bouncing, you might have received a notice from the payee of cheque; you have not mentioned about any reply given to the payee in response to his notice;

(b) You are required to submit your defence in the court denying your liability.

You need to conduct your case carefully and diligently. The court may arrive at the truth and may do justice with the parties.

Well!!! i believe you are little worried about the opponent being more powerful than you. I suggest please go and meet a local advocate who would take your case.
