Dear Sir / Madam,

It is a known fact that Courts take too long to dispose a case resulting in a huge backlog of cases. The Court is represented by two symbols - it is blind folded and its emblem is the balanced scales.

Advocates and lawyers who represent clients are believed to speak to the point when they are supposed to argue a matter in a very lucid and simplied manner. Still rulings in legal cases take years and years to be passed, hearings are adjourned time and again, and there is a whole backlog of cases in the High Court and Supreme Court which remain to be cleared.

Your case sounds very similar and it may be that you are unnecessarily languishing in the Court.

It is for this very reason, that I resolve issues between the parties without having to resort to the Court doorstep and I will continue to do so till the entire backlog of cases pending judgement is cleared and brought on-line.

Kailash Kher rightly sings in his album Jhoomore - "Court kacheyree band pad gaye; bhakti padgayee thanaymay."
