Mobile Phone call summary details as Proof

I have booked a case against my wife & my in-laws under sections 327, 347, 504 & 506.During the crime my wife made calls from her mobile to many people who were helping them in doing the crime.How I can get those call details?Basically if I get the calls made and received from that mobile it would be a good proof for me.Please tell me what is the procedure to get such details. It is a pre-paid mobile.

I think the proof will not help much but take police or court's help for getting call list.

you can get with the help of police . go to company with police and copy of f.I.r. ,or else you can also get itby summonig from record through court.

it will be helpful but the onus will be on you to proove that the said persons were involved.

Details of calls can be had from mobile company on the specific order by the court.

Note that these calls lists are proof of calls and not its conversation. It is on you to prove conversation which is not easy job.

You have not mentioned if you have filed a criminal complaint in case or you have lodged FIR with the police.

If it is a court case, you may file an application for appropriate directions to the phone company to produce the records;

If it is a police case, you may just provide the details to the investigation officer.

You may issue summons from the court but i doubt wheather the pre paid calls can be available or not.

Get summons from the court.

Call details can be proof of a call made or received from a particular number to a particular number on a particular date & time only. What was spoken/discussed can not be proved by call details.
