Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My mobile got stolen. I have filled a FIR with railway police. They nabbed the thief & informed me about the mobile found. The thief admitted his crime in the court. What are the formalities to get my mobile back from court / police?

You have to make an application for recovery of property. Property here being mobile phone. You have to produce bill of the mobile if you have it and some identification will be required.
